VTV.vn - Apart from the current draft to attract intellectuals, Ho Chi Minh City has implemented many incentives to attract specialists during the past three years.

The maximum salary paid a specialist is 7500 USD per month with a working contract of 12 to 48 months. These have proved successful in attracting talent to Ho Chi Minh city. They are overseas Vietnamese and foreign experts. Fields of study focus on semiconductors, biomedicine, and biochemical engineering.
