Heavy rain causes traffic disruption in Ky Son district

The communes of Hữu Lập and Chiêu Lưu of Kỳ Sơn district have reported breached overflow bridges, causing two routes into the centre of Bảo Nam and Bảo Thắng communes to be blocked off for many hours.

To ensure the safety of people, the communes’ functional forces have employed various measures to help people and their vehicles cross the overflow bridges.
