HCMC opens weekend market downtown

VTV.vn - The government of HCMC opened a downtown weekend market on Saturday to create a new shopping and entertainment venue for city dwellers and tourists.
Open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, the market covers 3,000 square meters at the Bach Dang Park along the Saigon River in District 1 and features 120 booths for food, folk games, and art performances. To be eligible to sell at the market, vendors must ensure that their goods have clear origins, are genuine products and safe.
