Hanoi to reopen cinemas from February 10

The information was revealed by the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee in a document released on February 8.

The Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee agreed with the proposal of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports regarding the reopening of cinemas, theaters and venues for cultural and art performances from February 10, after many months of hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee also asked cinemas, theaters and cultural venues to open in strict accordance with pandemic prevention measures.

Hanoi has now reopened most business and service activities excluding discos, karaoke venues, massage parlours, and bars.
