Hanoi takes digital services to public

The initiative is part of the capital's100 Days to Remove Digital Transformation Bottlenecks campaign. The support points include 12 branches of the Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center.

Officials and volunteers provide hands-on guidance, helping members of the public move from having procedures done for them ... to mastering the requisite skills themselves. More than being just service counters, the 130 points will also serve as digital practice schools... equipping the public with the skills needed to access public services by themselves and from their own homes in future.
