Hanoi growth hits six-year peak

An unprecedented number of new enterprises had been established over the past year.  The service sector grew by 8.1% while industry-construction and agriculture witnessed increases of 8.8% and 2.21%, respectively. Foreign-invested capital on projects reached 2.8 billion USD, a 2.6 fold increase compared to last year while social investment was estimated at 12.3 million USD, a rise of 10% over the previous year.
