Hanoi celebrates 60th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh trail

The trail was crucial to delivering supplies and support from the North to soldiers in the South during the resistance war against the United States. It was also the link between the north and three battlegrounds in Indochina. Here, our people's army fought bravely for our freedom. The trail has been recognized by the Americans as one of the greatest military achievements of the 20th century.
