Hanoi and HCM City among world's most dynamic cities

These were the results of the 2017 City Momentum Index, compiled by investment management company JLL. A city's capacity to embrace rapid change determines its ability to compete in the world.

Both of the Vietnamese representatives in the top ten are considered cities with "high potential", and that have, according to the report, "continued to attract capital from foreign investors betting on their transition from low-wage manufacturing to high-value activities.
