Handling urgent situations by smart applications
VTV.vn - Previously, if one came across an urgent situation or problem, they could try to send letters or call the hotline of the people's committee, people's council, and other authorities. Now any issues can be handled in an instant through smart apps.
Soon, issues among ten different fields such as urban security and environment will be handled quickly via the new app. This new method of interaction will help speed up the process of handling urgent issues in urban areas.
