Hai Duong develops socio-economy while fighting COVID-19

Hải Dương has managed to gradually curb the spread of the pandemic, especially in large outbreaks in Chí Linh and Cẩm Giàng district, where many industrial zones with tens of thousands of workers are based. The functional forces have been directed to help companies resume operations.
