VTV.vn - Over 100 tons of garbage is collected from Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province per month, of which, up to 70% is plastic waste.

An "Anti-plastic waste" movement in tourism activities on Ha Long Bay has been deployed to tackle the problem.

Ha Long bay says no to single use plastic

Ha Long Bay Management Board will impose strict penalties on businesses that don't comply with the regulations on single-use plastics./.
