H'Mong Spring Festival

The festival takes place following the Lunar New Year, aimed at creating a space for local people to exchange and preserve their ethnic cultural identities.

The festival attracted groups of H'Mong people in Dien Bien and neighboring provinces.  The two main activities are dancing and a goat competition. The competition has been a local attraction encouraging local goat production and tourism.
