Golden Kite Awards honors cinematic works

"Cô Ba Sài Gòn" (The Tailor) won the Best Feature Film. It is a romantic comedy that features the culture and lifestyle of the Saigonese as well as the history of áo dài (Vietnamese traditional long dress), and was directed by Loc Tran and Kay Nguyen. "Em Chưa 18" (Jailbait) won the Silver Kite Award. The Best TV Series went to "Thương Nhớ ở Ai" (Who Stole My Heart) co-directed by Luu Trong Ninh and Bui Tho Thinh. They also received the award for Best TV Series directors. Meanwhile, "Người anh hùng áo vải" (From Zero to Hero) won the statue for Best Animation.
