Giant lanterns to light up Tuyen Quang province

The festival runs from 19th to 25th September. Its highlight comes on 20th September, when large lantern floats will parade through Nguyen Tat Thanh Square alongside live performances.

The wider programme includes local produce, traditional crafts, food, sport and hands-on activities. Organisers say the festival will offer children a festive Mid-Autumn experience while also showcasing Tuyen Quang’s culture, local products and tourism attractions.
