Lack of skills is one of the barriers to attracting FDI which is why vocational schools are changing their ways of training and are adapting to this change in the labor market. With regards to jobs in 4.0 Industry, 26 schools have guaranteed to refund the tuition fees for students if they can't find a job within 6 months of graduating.
