Forum on internationalization of Vietnamese firms held in Hanoi

The event drew more than 300 participants including corporate representatives, academics and students.

The forum outlined several lessons from Asian Tiger economies and identified common barriers and drivers for organizations seeking to expand into overseas markets. Many experts said Vietnamese enterprises play a key role with regards to sustainable economic growth and have many opportunities for international economic integration because of foreign trade agreements.

The event is expected to build a foundation for a prestigious annual forum on the future of Vietnam's economic integration.
