Food Festival to introduce Hue royal cuisine

The Hue International Food Festival will help preserve these typical royal dishes that were on the brink of disappearance at Hue city’s Phu Xuan Park from April 28-May 2.

Hue royal cuisine is considered the pinnacle of Vietnamese gastronomy for its sophistication and refinement. So as part of the forthcoming festival, Hue culinary artisan Tôn Nữ Thị Hà wants to reproduce and promote more dishes from royal menus so visitors can enjoy their authentic taste and presentation.

Hue royal food not only has delicious flavours but is also eye-catching. It creates a harmony between colour and taste. Artisan Hà hopes her dishes will honour the culinary values of Vietnam to international tourists visiting Huế.
