Food Festival to help raise funds for children in rural areas

VTV.vn - The International Culinary Festival took place on December 9th in Hanoi to help raise funds for children in rural and mountainous areas. The event was also a gathering place for cultural exchanges of embassies and cultural centers in Hanoi.

There were about 130 food stalls, showcasing Vietnamese dishes and other dishes from various countries such as sausauge from Taiwan (China), chicken from Mozambique and bread from Qatar.

Through 5 food festivals, organizations and individuals have donated VND1.8 billion to people with disabilities, orphans and disadvantaged people.
