Floods destroy homes in Lai Chau

According to the latest reports we've received, another landslide struck the area last night that buried people. 3 of them were rescued, while the other person is still missing. In residential areas, people's lives have been seriously affected by the flood.

Most of the victims are from Hmong and Thai ethnic groups, who live in the mountains by streams or rivers. When natural disasters occur, they are often the first to suffer the consequences.
