Flood causes serious losses to agriculture
VTV.vn - According to the latest report of the Central Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, the recent floods have resulted in 102 dead and missing people, and caused significant losses to agricultural production.

Nearly 7,600 cattle and about 244,000 poultry have died. Approximately 127,000 hectares of agricultural production and forestry have been flooded. The flooding situation is expected to last for 5 to 7 days in Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh and Thai Binh provinces. Notably, 35 communes of 7 districts are still flooded, 3 of which are isolated. Water is slowly draining in 6 communes in Nho Quan and Gia Vien districts of Ninh Binh Province.
