Fishery loans turn into bad debts

The loans have amounted to nearly 461 million USD, and unpaid debts are now at nearly 412 million USD. However, bad debts from loans for fishing vessels have risen due to the inability of ship owners to pay off their debts because of low income. Currently, fishermen in 11 out of 28 cities and provinces that have received the loans have not been able to pay their debts on time.
