First day of COVID-19 vaccinations receives positive results

Three Deputy Ministers of Health have fanned out to oversee the vaccinations in Hanoi, HCM City, and Hai Duong.

Frontline healthcare workers at 4 points including National Hospitals for Tropical Diseases in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Duong Provincial Health Center, and Kim Thành District Health Center have been selected to receive the first shots this time.

The vaccinations at these 4 points have received positive results, and there were no reactions after the injections. The total number of injections on Monday was 377.

The 4 points will continue with vaccinations today as planned and will be expanding to Hanoi and Gia Lai. The remaining provinces are also planning to conduct COVID-19 vaccinations.
