Exchange rate increases at reasonable level

On the free market, the rate has at times exceeded 23,000 VND per USD dollar. However, these increases were completely within the bank's control. The central rate is forecast to continue to be stable for the rest of the year.

It's predicted that from now until the end of the year, the exchange rate is likely to increase by 1% to 2% and remain below 23,000 VND per USD.
