Ensuring ATM operations during Tet

Just in Hanoi, the funding for ATMs makes up 18 million USD per day up from the usual 11 million/day. The demand for cash withdrawal in just a month has reached tens of trillions dong, or billions of dollars.

Service providers are asked to check their ATM systems to ensure card payments are secure. Attention must be paid to upgrading software, and the operation of cameras and maintenance to ensure ATMs are working efficiently.

They must also supervise the operation of their ATM networks, especially in industrial parks, export processing zones, and densely populated areas with high demand for cash, to proactively detect and promptly solve any technical problems.
