This year, Global Wellness Day is a catalyst for transformative change, inspiring individuals to embark on meaningful endeavours that foster personal and collective growth.
At the Heart of the Earth Spa, guests will find a realm of rejuvenation, where the essence of "Interbeing" — the intrinsic bond between humans and nature — is brought to life. Featuring a complete eight-octave set of crystal singing bowls, the only one in Vietnam, treatments at the Spa are infused with melodious vibrations. Undertake a mindful voyage, guided by breathing techniques and sound baths using crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz, the harmonic resonance of the planet itself.
Four Steps to #MagentaNature
The four pillars of #MagentaNature charts a path towards participating in the extraordinary dance of the living world. The Nam Hai embraces each step of this process, not only on Global Wellness Day but all year round through a variety of offerings.
1. Eat Natural: Organic Cuisine
The Resort invites guests to partake in nourishing natural foods as they share the diverse gifts of the Resort’s organic gardens. The Glow with Food menu highlights a colourful range of seasonal produce, while the Ethical Cup coffee and tea program features a delicious array of sustainably-sourced teas and coffees. Join knowledgeable horticulturists in exploring diverse botanicals and blooms, and craft local vegan dishes such as Vietnamese summer rolls and Mango and Papaya Salad.
Additionally, the Nam Hai Cooking Academy arranges regular cooking classes revealing centuries-old culinary secrets. Make flavourful Vietnamese dishes using freshly picked herbs, fruits and vegetables from the Resort grounds, under the guidance of local chefs.
2. Be in Nature (Physically): Outdoor Explorations
Indulge in the tranquil beauty of the soothing landscapes surrounding Ha My Beach. Enveloped by 4,500 palm trees spread across 35 acres (14 hectares), the Resort presents a mesmerizing vista of emerald wonders. Breathe in the crisp air and soak up the warm sunshine, as melodious birdsong provides the background score for the day. The Heart of the Earth Spa, nestled within a koi and lotus-filled lagoon, embodies the very principle of Interbeing, harnessing the power of natural ingredients to align mind, body and spirit.
3. Be in Nature (Spiritually): Holistic Healing
Spiritually inclined guests can join meditation and therapeutic yoga set among lush greenery, a setting in which one feels naturally connected to Mother Earth. With a deep belief in the restorative power of nature, Wellness Manager and Resident Naturopath Sudha Nair guides guests on a path of all-round healing with her tailored well-being programs.
Heart of the Earth Spa will be the main space for rejuvenation, offering specialized treatments combined with the only set of 8 crystal singing bowls in Vietnam.
4. Protect Nature: Sustainable Stays
The Resort takes conscious steps to reduce its ecological footprint and preserve the environment. Efforts include recycling, sustainable landscaping and green practices such as using fertilizer made from compost materials. The Resort also carries out other green initiatives to preserve and regenerate the environment.
