Effective use of defence budget
VTV.vn - Speaking at a conference on the national spending on military in 2017, on Wednesday, Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich said that over the past year, the use of defence budget had been transparent, following the government’s regulations.
The general also said that in coming time, the Ministry of Defence will soon develop a system to manage the spending of the defence budget. The system is aimed to ensure effective use of the budget in promoting the country’s military strength to construct and protect the country.
