Direct flight from Can Tho to Bangkok relaunched

The route uses Airbus 320 planes that have 179 seats and has a flight time of 90 minutes. Return tickets, including taxes and fees, cost VND4.6 million.

In 2017, the number of Vietnamese tourists who visited Thailand reached more than 1 million. Apart from Bangkok, the local authorities expect to open direct flights to Singapore, Malaysia and the Republic of Korea. The move aims to make Can Tho city become a well-known tourist destination in the future.
