Dire demand for social housing

Social housing in Vietnam has seen remarkable developments over the past years as a number of government policies have helped working people make their dreams of owning a house come true. The market has also attracted a large group of investors to participate.

According to research from the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the demand for social and affordable housing accounts for up to 80% of demand.
