Construction of key projects to be sped up

VTV.vn - To kickstart key projects into life, a National Steering Committee for key national projects in the transport sector was established by the Government last July to speed up construction progress.

The PM is the head of the Steering Committee. This year, the Ministry of Transport was assigned over 2.125 billion USD from the State Budget to initiate 38 projects and complete 30 projects, with a focus on Phase 1 of the Eastern North-South Expressway Project.

Accordingly, this year, 4 sections of the project totalling 361km will be completed, namely the Mai Sơn National Highway 45 section, the Cam Lộ - La Sơn section, the Vĩnh Hảo - Phan Thiết section, and the Phan Thiết - Dầu Giây section.
