Commercial Arbitration Centre inaugurated

It is the 15th non-profit arbitration centre in Vietnam operating under the oversight of the Vietnam Bar Association. The centre will provide businesses, individuals, and organisations with legal advice to settle trade disputes in a fair, transparent and effective manner. The centre is expected to also provide options and advice to the National Assembly to help complete legislation related to commercial arbitration in Vietnam.
