China deepen border defence friendship

Representing Vietnam, Politburo member and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission and Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich attended the event, together with Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China Senior Lieutenant General Fan Changlong, as well as delegations from both countries.

Discussions were held and participants signed a report on border exchange friendship. In addition, both sides observed the joint patrol of border guards and visited Kim Thuy Ha primary school.

Both sides concluded the programme with the signing of a report on the fourth Vietnam-China border defence friendship exchange program.
