Celebrating international cuisine at Hue Festival 2016

According to an announcement by the organizing board, the gastronomic feast will feature more than 100 food merchants with regional delights and local favourites from more than 15 countries.

This year’s fest promises to be a culinary spectacle of international cuisine with everything from condiments and spices to sizzling seafood platters and the world’s best entrees.

The event will also feature food markets, cooking demos, culinary cook-offs and live entertainment with hopes of reinforcing the growing image of Vietnam as a culinary capital of Southeast Asia.
