Carnival Ha Long promises excitement

More than 1,000 artists will participate in a parade, including international artists from Europe, Brazil and ASEAN countries. Final preparations are underway for a night of color. This year's carnival will combine dance and musical performances on the stage and in the parades to create an exciting interaction between artists and audiences.

The opening ceremony will take place at 7.30 pm tonight and will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel (Vietnam Television).
