Cai Rang floating market festival takes place on the river

40 boards that had been uniquely decorated started the journey at Ninh Kieu port and sailed 7 kilometers to Cai Rang Floating Market. This year's event will include entertainment and tourism promotion programs and visitors can enjoy đờn ca tài tử right on the river.
