Banks reduce lending interest rates

Banks with large market shares all announced a reduction in lending rates such as Vietcombank, Agribank, Vietinbank, and BIDV. With a common reduction of 0.5% per year, this will certainly have a big impact on current interest rate levels.

In addition to short-term loans, the decrease of 0.5%/ year in 2019 will also be applied to current medium and long-term loans of enterprises.

Areas such as agriculture, rural areas, exports, small and medium enterprises, supporting industries, high-tech applications, and start-up businesses will be prioritized with the new rates.
