Banh xeo festival in Kien Giang
VTV.vn - In Kien Giang province, a festival of bánh xèo (Vietnamese savory fried pancake) has been running for two years now.
The event abides to no fixed schedules but takes places whenever there are visitors. Making and eating bánh xèo is quick, but it is not easy to prepare ingredients to make hundreds of them.
People here call banh xeo 'the circle of love'. It's a circle that brings people together and creates activities for the community.
