Asia dominates “7% growth club”

Among the highest growth economies are India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Philippines, along with two African countries - Ethiopia and Ivory Coast. The report estimates that Vietnam's per capita GDP will jump from 2.500 USD during the previous year to 10,400 USD in 2030. China is not listed among the top, after four decades of stable growth. The Chinese economy is forecast to reach an annual growth rate of 5.5% in the following decade.
