ASEAN, Russia enhance co-operation

Russian President Vladimir Putin Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen XuanPhuc and other ASEAN leaders proposed a new co-operation framework, hoping to develop ASEAN-Russian relations to the comprehensive partnership.

To create the framework for improved ASEAN-Russia co-operation in the coming time, ASEAN and Russian leaders approved the Sochi Declaration and recognised 5 other important documents.
