ASEAN flag ceremony
VTV.vn - An ASEAN flag raising ceremony to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the bloc’s formation took place this morning at the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The ASEAN Community was founded on the three pillars of politics and security, economics and society and culture. The ASEAN Community is based on the mutual benefits of peace, prosperity and human development. Vietnam is proud of having actively participated and contributed to the co-operation and building of the ASEAN Community since 1995.
