Architecture framework of e-government in HCMC introduced

This is the master plan that will help HCMC deploy the state agency's information technology system uniformly and synchronously.

This architecture framework will help government agencies' IT and communications investment plans achieve their goals, meet the citizens' demands and avoid waste and duplication. This framework will be further adjusted and updated annually.

According to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, every year, the city has to deal with a large volume of documents which is why they've assigned each agency to come up with their own IT solution before the end of the year.
