An Giang saves 150 ha of rice
VTV.vn - Residents in An Quoi Commune, Tri Ton District, An Giang Province have successfully saved 150 ha of rice from floodwaters.
More than a dozen large-capacity pumps were mobilized to drain the floodwaters. The people cut down trees to build barriers against flood waters. The dredge running through the N1 route broke two days ago. According to the local authorities, the high water pressure from Vinh Te Canal caused the dredge to break.
