All international flights to Tan Son Nhat airport suspened

This is a requirement of the Ministry of Transport to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAA), because isolation quarters in HCMC can no longer admit people. The Ministry asked the CAA to inform all airlines and strictly follow the Prime Minister's order to reduce the number of international flights into Vietnam including foreign airlines, to avoid overloading isolation quarters.
