The platform is designed to support AIG’s commercial operations by integrating core processes into a unified system. According to the companies, the solution serves as a centralized data platform, enabling real-time performance monitoring, improving forecasting, and supporting decision-making.
Agentforce Manufacturing also connects functions including sales, finance, and supplier management. The system is used to manage workflows such as price approvals, product sampling, laboratory testing, and trial orders, replacing manual processes with automated ones.
AIG said the platform allows its teams to manage workflows and approvals within a single system, while supporting business expansion and operational flexibility.
A representative of Salesforce Vietnam noted that digital platforms are increasingly being adopted in Vietnam’s food processing sector, where supply chains are becoming more complex. The company said the system is intended to support sales planning and operational scaling through the use of AI.
AIG operates across multiple segments in the ingredients and food processing industry. Its products include coconut-based items such as UHT coconut water, desiccated coconut, coconut milk powder, and coconut cream, produced by Asia Coconut Processing JSC. The group also supplies fruit purées, juices, and frozen products through Mekong Delta Gourmet, and produces essential oils and natural ingredients via Asia Specialty Ingredients in Hung Yen. In addition, its subsidiary Asia Hoa Son Corporation is involved in cassava processing, including tapioca starch and related products in Nghe An.
The company expects the project to improve operational efficiency, coordination between departments, and its ability to respond to market changes. The initiative is part of AIG’s broader plan to expand the use of digital technologies in its operations.
