Administrative procedures Conformity Index announced

This is the first APCI report to have ever been announced. The report is based on feedback collected from more than 3000 enterprises nationwide. It focused on 8 kinds of administrative procedures that are important to businesses, as well as two factors, namely, time and costs of procedures.

Tax procedures topped the APCI 2018 report and was followed by starting business procedures, business registration procedures and customs procedures.

Meanwhile, construction procedures was at the bottom of the list due to its high costs. In the coming years, the APCI report will compare administrative reform efforts made by ministries and localities.
