Adding uniqueness to "Cai Luong"

This upcoming weekend, the National Cai Luong Festival 2018 will take place in the Mekong Delta province of Long An.  Artists are innovating ways to create new interest in the age-old art form.

An opera piece performed many times over, but now being envisioned in a new way, using a new medium. This is one bold move to add new life to "cai luong"  with the hope of drawing more attention to this traditional art form in the midst of modernity.
