9th Hour: Male creative worker helps company save VND4 billion

Nguyen Ngoc Van, an ordinary worker who has been in the textile and garment industry for many years, has developed a passion, perseverance and spirit of continuous learning for textile and sewing machines.

One of Van's most outstanding achievements is the successful application of the water reclamation and reuse process in production. Through a series of trials and improvements, he and his colleagues have created a production process that significantly reduces the amount of waste water that is discharged into the environment.

Van is also focused on improving production efficiency and minimizing material waste. Thanks to this new process, the company has saved a large amount of water, minimized environmental pollution and improved its competitiveness. In 2023, the water reuse rate has reached 20% and is expected to increase to 50% by 2025. Through relentless efforts, the company has saved nearly VND4 billion per year from water reuse alone.
