99 outstanding agricultural brands of 2023 honoured

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoang Hiep praised the General Council for its substantive and comprehensive contributions to Vietnam’s agricultural sector.

He noted that the General Council has worked with agencies of the ministry to address the sector’s major issues, with the goal of restructuring agriculture and enhancing the living standards of farmers.

The General Council also acts a bridge between agricultural businesses and the Party and State, as well as foreign enterprises, said Deputy Minister Hiep.

On the occasion, the General Council honoured 99 outstanding agricultural brands, which were selected from 355 products in a programme launched in April this year.
