74% of software in Vietnam is non lisenced

VTV.vn - The rate of software piracy in Vietnam reached 74% in 2017, according to the Software Alliance.

For every ten software programs used, over seven are illegal, making computer software one of the most infringed copyrights in Vietnam. Using open source software not only helps reduce costs but also enforces intellectual property rights, reducing copyright infringement in Vietnam.
