60% high-level employees choose wrong jobs

High-level employees who are qualified for the position of senior manager in an enterprise account for only 1% of Vietnamese human resources.

However, this figure is estimated to rise by 4 times in the next 8 years thanks to increasing FDI flow into Vietnam. Navigos recently launched a website called Primus, which is specially designed for this human resource segment.
