250 trillion VND in preferential loans to be provided to local enterprises

This figure is higher than the total amount of capital disbursed in the 2012-2015 period, and is part of a programme connecting banks and enterprises that have been operating for three years. The preferential rates are 1-2% lower than the market rates, ranging from 7-9% per year depending on specific terms of the loan. So far, more than one-tenth of the targeted amount has been provided to enterprises.
